Boundaries & Self-Care Workshop Information
The goal of this work shop is to review mental health literacy and how setting personal boundaries aids in developing self care strategies. Systemic and individual approaches to developing mental well being are explored. The workshop is grounded in evidenced based practices and utilizes experiential learning activities, so be ready to explore personal well being. This is an unfunded, half-day (3 hour) workshop and takes place via Zoom.
