UNA Tentative Agreement Ratification Vote on April 2

United Nurses of Alberta is holding an online ratification vote for the Tentative Agreement on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. The vote will take place online from from 00:01 to 23:59.

UNA members who have provided a personal or @una.ca email address will receive an email link from Election Buddy. Emails will not be sent to Employer email addresses.

Whether or not you receive an email, you can go to vote.una.ca. and select your UNA Local, then enter your Member ID and PIN from your membership card in order to vote.

Members should watch their email inboxes for an electronic copy of their membership card. UNA will be emailing members PDF copies their membership card.

If you do not receive your card, or we do not have your email on file, you can request your card through UNA’s DMS.

The results will be shared on Thursday, April 3, 2025. The Tentative Agreement must be approved by a majority of UNA members and a majority of UNA Locals voting.

The Tentative Agreement applies to more than 33,000 Registered Nurses and Registered Psychiatric Nurses employed by Alberta Health Services, Recovery Alberta, Primary Care Alberta, Covenant Health, Lamont Health Care Centre, and The Bethany Group (Camrose).
